She set up tours for homes that my boyfriend and I were interested in, and sent great listings based on our desired price range and location. She was always on time and gave us her full attention and genuine advice while touring. She has a lot of experience and we learned a lot through the process of working with her. Crystal never pressured us about buying any home in particular, or even buying at all, but once we were ready to put in an offer, she talked us through the process and did a wonderful job translating our needs and desires into the legalese of the real estate world. She had wonderful recommendations about closing company etc. when prompted, but, again, never pressured us. She was highly responsive and answered all our questions with a smile. One of my favorite things about the process? She placed all our documents on a handy flash drive at the end. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
